Too often the public is overlooking one of the root causes of over built markets. For every suburban home sold there is usually one older smaller home being vacated. Why?? Because current zoning laws ordinances are outdated and although the past owners would have loved to stay in their neighborhood remodeling expansion etc. couldn't be done or was far too cost prohibitive to comply. So they move as do their heighbors and soon their neighbors. Current zoning needs to be changed to revitalize older neighborhoods.
